Timothy (Tim) M. Biddle, Senior Vice President of RP® Financial, LC., is focused on recapitalization transactions involving banks, thrifts and private equity firms, and M&A transactions. He also has extensive experience with Industrial Loan Companies (“ILCs”) and de novo formations. Mr. Biddle rejoined the firm in 2007 after serving as a management consultant with large consulting firms, including Arthur Andersen. Mr. Biddle also has experience over the full range of services offered, including valuation, strategic planning, regulatory business planning and other miscellaneous consulting services to financial institutions nationwide.

Mr. Biddle resides in Virginia. He graduated with honors with an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and earned his BBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
