RP® Financial, LC. is pleased to announce that Marcus Faust has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), management studies and capital planning

Mr. Faust will expand RP Financial’s bank consulting practice in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), management and organizational studies, financial advisory services and capital planning.  He will draw on his extensive executive and financial management expertise and regulatory background in offering to our banking clients enterprise risk management, organizational, management, balance sheet and line of business restructuring, as well as merger and acquisition advisory services.

Mr. Faust has over 23 years of experience at private and public banks nationwide with assets up to $2.7 billion, comprised of 17 years in executive management and on Boards of Directors, including Chairman, CEO, COO, and CFO, and six years as a bank regulator.  As a principal, he co-founded three de novo banks for which he directed the organizational and chartering process, including capital raising, planning, regulatory approval, operational setup and executive recruitment.  He has worked extensively with management, Boards, regulators, auditors, investors and investment bankers.  He has assessed and implemented restructuring and reengineering plans to mitigate risks identified through examination and due diligence processes; developed and executed strategic business and CRA plans; formulated policies and procedures; engaged in asset/liability, investment and balance sheet management; negotiated, executed and integrated bank mergers; and formulated and implemented capital strategies.
