RP® Financial, LC. is pleased to announce that Timothy M. Biddle has returned to the firm as a Senior Vice President

Mr. Biddle will further develop RP Financial’s practice in the areas of de novo banks and thrifts, credit union charter conversions, fairness opinions for mergers and ESOP trustees, and merger advisory. He will also advise clients in strategic planning, mutual‐to‐stock conversions and business planning.

Mr. Biddle was previously with RP Financial between 1989 and 1997 and left to receive his MBA from Georgetown University. Subsequently, he was a management consultant with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (clients included IFC/World Bank and National Association of Home Builders) and Washington Consulting (clients included Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), where he conducted performance management and process re-engineering, financial modeling, strategic planning and SOX 404 audit preparation.
